That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man” (Ephesians 3:16). Spiritual strength is imparted to us by the Holy Spirit, and affects us from the inside out. A strong spirit is what sustains you, even in the midst of trials.
